DME Chip Upgrade
A remapped DME chip for the Porsche 964 Carrera 2/4 (1989-1994), built from hundreds of hours of road and dyno testing on Carrera 3.6 engines rather than a generic one-size chip. Programs are tuned separately for catalyst-spec US cars and Euro/ROW cars, and by default assume 91 octane (95 RON) fuel, with 93 octane (98 RON) programming available on request. On a stock '94 964 RS America, Fabspeed's own dyno runs showed 237 rear-wheel hp on the stock chip rising to 251 with the retuned chip, a 17hp gain at the crank once corrected for transmission loss, with an 8-17 ft-lb torque increase through the rev range. Custom tuning, including rev limiters and race fuel programs, is available on request.
