A high-performance intercooler system for the Porsche 991.2 GT2 RS, replacing the OEM's single-row, 7mm flat-edge tube core with a 2-row design using 3mm rolled tubes and turbulated inner fins hand-placed in each tube. The ambient-side 4.85mm multi-louvered fin is, CSF says, the most efficient in the industry, comparable to PWR's Formula-1 grade race cores, to eliminate Residual heat that builds up in the intercooler core between hard runs, raising intake air temperatures until it dissipates. and hold down intake air temperatures. CNC-machined billet end tanks are 100% TIG-welded, replacing the OEM's gasketed, crimped tanks. OEM-style connections mean a true plug-and-play install with no need to trim the expensive factory carbon fibre air ducts. Developed and tested by BBi Autosport on their Project VMAX GT2 RS build. Made in the USA at C&R Racing, a PWR company.
