High-Performance Intercooler System
A high-performance intercooler system for the Porsche 992 Carrera (2019-2024), aimed at owners chasing tuning headroom now that the 3.0L twin-turbo motor spans every non-Turbo/GT trim. Like the 911 Turbo, the Carrera loses power to Residual heat that builds up in the intercooler core between hard runs, raising intake air temperatures until it dissipates., made worse by the OEM intercooler's position directly above the engine's radiant heat. CSF's replacement uses Formula-1 grade cores by PWR with 2-row, rolled-tube construction, in CNC-machined billet end tanks that are 100% TIG-welded versus the OEM's crimped plastic tanks, all in a lightweight 17 lb package. It bolts to the factory mounting points with OEM-style connections for a true plug-and-play install, no cutting or modifications. Made in the USA at PWR North America, developed and tested with M-Engineering and World Motorsports.
