This CSF radiator is a full-aluminium left-side replacement for the 997/996 Turbo and 997/996 GT2/GT2 RS, built to add roughly 40 percent more cooling capacity and 15-25 percent more cooling efficiency than the factory unit. Swapping the OEM plastic end tanks for aluminium construction removes the most common failure point on an ageing radiator - cracked or leaking end caps - while missing or bent fins on a tired factory unit can also choke cooling with trapped debris. CSF is an OE supplier to US, German and Asian manufacturers, and every radiator is hydrostatically and vacuum-tested before it ships.

Frequently asked

Which cars does the CSF Performance Radiator (Left) fit?

Fits your Porsche 996 Turbo. Fabspeed lists this piece for: Porsche 997 & 996 Turbo; Porsche 997 & 996 GT2 / GT2 RS. Exact fitment for your year, trim and options is confirmed on your free consult before anything is ordered.

What does the price include?

The delivered price includes the part from Fabspeed USA, freight to Australia, import costs and GST. Enter your postcode to refine delivery; the final figure is confirmed on consult.

How long until it arrives?

Every Fabspeed part is made in-house at Fabspeed USA with about a one-week production lead time, then allow another 3-4 days for delivery to Australia via UPS. That freight is already included in the price.

How much more cooling does this radiator provide?

CSF rates it at roughly 40% more cooling capacity and 15-25% more cooling efficiency than the factory radiator.

Why does an aluminium radiator matter over the factory plastic-tanked unit?

Most radiator failures happen when the plastic end caps crack and leak; the all-aluminium construction removes that failure point entirely.

Should I replace anything else while I'm in there?

CSF recommends also inspecting or replacing the upper and lower radiator hoses at the same time.

Who installs it?

Rennen Motorsport in Adelaide, or an authorised dealer near you. Fitting it yourself may also be an option depending on the part, so raise it on your consult; professional installation is quoted separately.

Is it covered by warranty?

Fabspeed products carry the manufacturer's warranty, supported locally through Rennen Plus as the Australian principal. See our returns policy.

Can I just buy this outright, or do I need to talk to someone first?

Every enquiry, whether it's one part or a full build, starts with a free consult. We confirm the exact spec for your car before anything is quoted or ordered.
