Sport catalytic converters for the Porsche 997.2 GT2 RS (2011), using German-imported 200-cell German manufacturer of the high-flow catalytic converters Fabspeed fits in its sport cat products. HD cats to increase exhaust flow for better power, throttle response, and sports car sound. Built from 14-16 gauge CNC mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel, they're optimised to avoid a catalyst-related check engine light and stay emissions compliant in 49 states (excluding California). Installation is a simple DIY swap, removing the OEM cats and bolting in the Fabspeed HJS units in their place. If you'd prefer to leave it to a workshop, Rennen Motorsport or an authorised dealer can fit it just as easily.

Frequently asked

Does the Sport Catalytic Converters fit my 911 GT2 RS?

This listing is specific to the Porsche 911 GT2 RS (997.2). Exact fitment for your year, trim and options is confirmed on your free consult before anything is ordered.

What does the price include?

The delivered price includes the part from Fabspeed USA, freight to Australia, import costs and GST. Enter your postcode to refine delivery; the final figure is confirmed on consult.

How long until it arrives?

Every Fabspeed part is made in-house at Fabspeed USA with about a one-week production lead time, then allow another 3-4 days for delivery to Australia via UPS. That freight is already included in the price.

Will this trigger a check engine light?

No, it's optimised for maximum performance with no catalyst-generated check engine light, guaranteed.

Is it legal in all states?

It's emissions compliant in 49 states, excluding California.

How hard is it to install?

It's a simple DIY swap, just remove the OEM catalytic converters and bolt in the Fabspeed HJS cats. Either way works: fit it yourself, or have Rennen Motorsport or an authorised dealer do it for you.

Who installs it?

Rennen Motorsport in Adelaide, or an authorised dealer near you. Fitting it yourself may also be an option depending on the part, so raise it on your consult; professional installation is quoted separately.

Is it covered by warranty?

Fabspeed products carry the manufacturer's warranty, supported locally through Rennen Plus as the Australian principal. See our returns policy.

Can I just buy this outright, or do I need to talk to someone first?

Every enquiry, whether it's one part or a full build, starts with a free consult. We confirm the exact spec for your car before anything is quoted or ordered.
