Long tube competition race header system for the Porsche 997 GT3 / GT3 RS (2006-2009), engineered for track and off-road use to maximise exhaust flow straight from the cylinder heads. Built from T304 stainless steel with CNC mandrel-bent tubing, hand TIG-welded, and finished with merge collectors developed with Burns Stainless, a specialist supplier used across NASCAR, IndyCar, and FIA-GT racing. The system sheds 18.1 kg from the rear of the car for sharper handling, and pairs with optimised side muffler bypass pipes using Helical aerospace-grade exhaust valves, the same supplier Porsche uses on its own GT3 cars. Simple bolt-on installation, easily removed and refitted for emissions testing or track events.
