Maxflo Performance Exhaust with Quad Tips

Maxflo performance exhaust with quad tips for the Mercedes-AMG G63, replacing the heavy, restrictive factory mufflers with a system built around an investment-cast stainless steel Y-pipe and dual Maxflo resonators for a deeper, more muscular V8 note. On its own, Fabspeed's dyno testing showed peak gains of 22 hp and 42 Nm of torque, saving 8.6 kg over the factory system. Paired with Fabspeed's XperTune ECU software, combined gains reach up to 102whp and 225 Nm. The cat-back system is 50-state emissions legal and installs as a straightforward bolt-on, no cutting or welding, with all hardware included. Choose quad tips in carbon fiber, polished stainless steel, satin black, or titanium.

Frequently asked
Does the Maxflo Performance Exhaust with Quad Tips fit my G-Class?
This listing is specific to the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. Exact fitment for your year, trim and options is confirmed on your free consult before anything is ordered.
What does the price include?
The delivered price includes the part from Fabspeed USA, freight to Australia, import costs and GST. Enter your postcode to refine delivery; the final figure is confirmed on consult.
How long until it arrives?
Every Fabspeed part is made in-house at Fabspeed USA with about a one-week production lead time, then allow another 3-4 days for delivery to Australia via UPS. That freight is already included in the price.
How much power does the exhaust add on its own?
Fabspeed's dyno testing showed peak gains of 22 hp and 42 Nm of torque with the exhaust alone.
Can I get more power?
Yes, pairing this exhaust with Fabspeed's XperTune ECU software brings the combined gain up to 102whp and 225 Nm.
Is this street legal?
Yes, it's a cat-back system and stays 50-state emissions legal.
What tip options are there?
Carbon fiber, polished stainless steel, satin black, or titanium.
Which option should I choose?
Tip finish is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect the power figures. Polished stainless and satin black are the most factory-adjacent, carbon fiber matches other carbon trim, and titanium gives a heat-tinted look. All four use the same quad-tip Y-pipe and resonators underneath.
Who installs it?
Rennen Motorsport in Adelaide, or an authorised dealer near you. Fitting it yourself may also be an option depending on the part, so raise it on your consult; professional installation is quoted separately.
Is it covered by warranty?
Fabspeed products carry the manufacturer's warranty, supported locally through Rennen Plus as the Australian principal. See our returns policy.
Can I just buy this outright, or do I need to talk to someone first?
Every enquiry, whether it's one part or a full build, starts with a free consult. We confirm the exact spec for your car before anything is quoted or ordered.
