XperTune Performance Software
Fabspeed's XperTune handheld flashes the Audi R8's ECU through the OBD-II port, so there's no need to remove and mail in the ECU for a bench flash. Plug the handheld in, follow the on-screen process, and the tune reprograms sensor inputs, air/fuel ratios and boost pressure to lift the 5.2L V10 from a stock 472 hp / 398 ft-lbs to 527 hp / 418 ft-lbs. The same handheld also covers the V8 R8. Because the tune lives on the handheld rather than a swapped chip, you can flash the car back to stock and reapply the XperTune map whenever you like.
