It's a Cat-back means everything from the catalytic converters to the tips; the factory headers and cats stay in place. system with no effect on emissions compliance, so it stays street legal. Installation involves a minor cut at the factory exhaust break point (Fabspeed marks the dimple locations on the OEM pipe), rather than a pure slip-on fit.
