These secondary valve bypass pipes eliminate the Gallardo's restrictive factory exhaust valve for a louder, more aggressive note, using 63.5mm (2.5") tubing in place of the stock valved section. They work with either the stock Gallardo exhaust system or any aftermarket system designed to fit like OEM, so you don't need to change anything else downstream. This is a 2004-2005-only fitment, since Lamborghini changed the valve design on later Gallardo model years.
