GiroDisc Rear Brake Rotors
GiroDisc 2-piece rear rotors for the AMG G63, a direct bolt-on for the factory calipers with no other modifications needed. Each rotor is about 8.1lbs lighter than the stock 24.7lb unit, cutting unsprung and rotational weight at a corner that carries a lot of it on this SUV. The hat is US-sourced 6061-T6 aluminum, the disc is GiroDisc's own cast iron poured and machined in-house, and ten cadmium-plated steel drive pins hold the floating assembly together with anti-noise spring washers to stay quiet when cold. Once the disc wears out, it's a simple swap onto the same hat rather than replacing the whole assembly.
