IPD Intake Plenum
IPD's aluminum intake plenum for the Panamera Turbo, sharing its revised 'Y' design with the Cayenne Turbo plenum it's adapted from, with larger openings that smooth and speed up intake airflow. Fabspeed's dyno testing shows roughly 30hp and 32 lb-ft gained across the power curve. It replaces the factory plastic plenum, which is prone to cracking under the Panamera Turbo's boost levels, with an aluminum part that also runs cooler and resists heat building up in a component after the engine is switched off or under sustained load, which can hurt performance until it dissipates. It reuses the factory hardware including the OE 76mm throttle body, and doesn't require an ECU flash or trigger a check engine light.

No, it reuses the factory 76mm throttle body — the Symposer Delete add-on is a separate option if you want to change the intake sound.
Why does the factory plenum need replacing?
The factory plastic plenum is prone to cracking, especially on Panamera Turbos running higher boost levels; the aluminum IPD plenum doesn't share that weakness.
Which option should I choose?
The Sound Symposer Delete is a separate cosmetic/acoustic add-on that removes the factory symposer piping — add it only if you want to change the intake note, not as part of getting the plenum's power gains.
