Competition Link Pipe X-Pipe
A cat-bypass X-pipe for the Porsche 996 Carrera (1998-2004), replacing the factory catalytic converters with a free-flowing A crossover pipe joining the two exhaust banks into an X shape, smoothing flow for a fuller, balanced tone. for maximum mid-to-high rpm power. On Fabspeed's dyno it added 33whp and 41 ft-lbs of torque, with the biggest gains above 3500rpm, while saving 25 lbs from the rear. Used by Rolex Grand-Am race teams as well as PCA/POC club racers and HPDE drivers. Street drivers may notice a slight torque loss at low rpm, for which Fabspeed recommends its Sport Cat X-Pipe instead. Built from mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel. Strictly for closed track and off-road use.
