Equal-length sport headers for the Porsche 996 Carrera (1998-2004), built from one-piece CNC Bent over an internal mandrel so the tube keeps a constant diameter through the bend, unlike crush-bending. primary tubes with F1-style Where header primary tubes join into one pipe, shaped to smooth exhaust pulses and improve scavenging. in place of the factory log-style design. On the dyno they added 15whp and 16 Nm of torque while saving 0.9 kg from the rear of the car. The equal-length layout smooths the flat-six's tone, with a moderate volume increase and no interior An unwanted droning resonance at certain highway rpm, where exhaust pulses match the cabin's natural frequency.. Direct bolt-on replacement for the factory headers.
