The world's only X-pipe midsection for the 2011+ Aston Martin V8 Vantage, according to Fabspeed, replacing the heavy factory secondary catalytic converters with a mandrel-bent, free-flowing design that blends both exhaust banks for increased scavenging and an improved tone. It uses the same design approach as IMSA and GTLM factory race cars, built from 2.5-inch diameter CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel. Saves 3 lbs over the factory secondary midsection and is a direct bolt-on replacement, no cutting or welding required. Fabspeed states it produces no catalyst-related check engine light while delivering noticeable power gains throughout the rev range.
