Fabspeed's Sport Cat Downpipe swaps the restrictive factory catalytic converters on the F22 M235i for a genuine 200-cell HJS HD A catalytic converter coating using three precious metals for durability and flow, rather than the cheaper single or dual-metal coatings used in lower grade cats. catalytic converter core, the same one Fabspeed uses on its Ferrari 458 Italia applications. Fabspeed's dyno testing took a stock car from 309whp/328 ft-lbs to 322whp/356 ft-lbs, with maximum gains of 36 ft-lbs of torque at 3,000rpm and 26whp at 4,500rpm. It's a direct bolt-on replacement that complies with most emissions regulations and won't trigger a check engine light, with a crease built in for clearance across M235i setups.
