inc GST & import · fitment confirmed before dispatch

An emissions-compliant single-outlet muffler bypass for the Porsche 911 Turbo 930 (1976-1989), replacing the bulky factory muffler system with a high-flow HJS sport catalytic converter setup. Built from 14-16 gauge T304 stainless steel with 3-inch (76.5mm) CNC mandrel-bent tubing, and finished with a deluxe oval-style tip in polished chrome. The German-made HJS catalytic converters flow up to 93-95% of a straight pipe, giving much of the open, straight-pipe sound while still scrubbing enough emissions to avoid triggering a check engine light. Improves horsepower and torque over the stock muffler system while saving weight. Backed by the Fabspeed Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Frequently asked

Does the Sport Muffler Bypass Exhaust System with Catalyst fit my 911 Turbo (930)?

This listing is specific to the Porsche 911 Turbo (930). Exact fitment for your year, trim and options is confirmed on your free consult before anything is ordered.

What does the price include?

The delivered price includes the part from Fabspeed USA, freight to Australia, import costs and GST. Enter your postcode to refine delivery; the final figure is confirmed on consult.

How long until it arrives?

Every Fabspeed part is made in-house at Fabspeed USA with about a one-week production lead time, then allow another 3-4 days for delivery to Australia via UPS. That freight is already included in the price.

Does it keep the catalytic converters?

Yes, this system retains catalytic function through Fabspeed's high-flow HJS sport cats rather than removing them.

Will it stay emissions compliant?

Yes, Fabspeed describes it as an emissions-compliant bypass system.

How close does it get to a straight-pipe sound?

The HJS cats flow up to 93-95% of a straight pipe, so you get much of that open sound while still scrubbing emissions.

What's it made from?

14-16 gauge T304 stainless steel with 3-inch (76.5mm) CNC mandrel-bent tubing.

Who installs it?

Rennen Motorsport in Adelaide, or an authorised dealer near you. Fitting it yourself may also be an option depending on the part, so raise it on your consult; professional installation is quoted separately.

Is it covered by warranty?

Fabspeed products carry the manufacturer's warranty, supported locally through Rennen Plus as the Australian principal. See our returns policy.

Can I just buy this outright, or do I need to talk to someone first?

Every enquiry, whether it's one part or a full build, starts with a free consult. We confirm the exact spec for your car before anything is quoted or ordered.
